Starting from the fundamental statement that the guarantee of product quality is important for the right placement of the factory in the trading activity and for an everlasting fidelization towards customers, our company has deemed indispensable to exam and put in action the Quality Project, and has referred to the law UNI EN ISO 9002 and 94.
They internally institute the "QUALITY SYSTEM" with their "QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGER". He has to put in action the project according to the concerning documents of Quality System.

The COMPANY has to satisfy the demands of the market (customer) in order to be competitive by improving QUALITY. Reaching high quality means to guarantee the title, eliminate defects, errors, waste in production so as to increase efficacy and effectiveness, in other words by reducing the VARIABILITY, that is the differences of performing that are present in the development of enterprise activities. You can obtain this by putting the PROCESSES of the enterprise under control through a continuous amelioration. MAN is entrusted with the process control, and pursue it causing the amelioration of himself and the ability to work in a team with other individuals by the training and the use of scientific means to find out and solve problems. The aim is to obtain satisfaction of the parties involved in that project.
